i’m SO HAPPY you’re here!

I am a Columbia University-trained psychotherapist specializing in the treatment of young adults, couples, and families. My therapy practice incorporates expertise in numerous evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Interpersonal Psychotherapy.

As a compassionate therapist, I am committed to guiding you through the ebbs and flows of life with empathy, understanding, and a genuine passion for your well-being. I think of myself as a human first, therapist second. I see each person I work with as a fellow human navigating the beautiful complexities of life. You’re an individual with your own unique story and I’m here to listen and support you on this chapter of your life. Using warmth, authenticity, and humor, I create a space that is dedicated to you and your growth. Connection is at the core of what I do. I believe that therapeutic connections are transformative and healing. In our work together, you can expect to be seen, heard and valued for who you truly are.

Life transitions, self-understanding and relationships are not just my areas of expertise; they are the heart of my practice. I’m passionate about using my training and expertise to help you craft a life that is meaningful to you. I take a collaborative approach to shape our sessions together, setting personalized goals and suggesting treatment techniques from various therapy modalities. Together, we’ll explore, learn and grow in a space where you can be your authentic self, free from judgment. Whether you’re an individual navigating transitions, part of a couple seeking connection or a family working through changes, it is my honor to work with you and be a part of your story.
